Dixon Sanitary B5107 Butterfly Valve - Clamp Ends w/ Trigger Handle
Dixon Sanitary "C" Style B5107 Butterfly Valves featuring clamp ends are available from 1/2" up to 6". Dixon "C" Style B5107 Valves feature their fully stainless steel trigger style handle.
All Dixon Sanitary B5107 Butterfly Valves are constructed from 316 Stainless Steel with a 32Ra ID/OD polish. Available with your choice of end connection (Tri-Clamp® or weld), seat material (black epdm, red silicone, or brown FKM), and handle style (standard push/pull, infinite, or trigger), or actuator (fail close, fail open, or double acting). All valves are 100% hydraulic tested and 100% inspected prior to shipment! Rated for 0.4 inHg of vacuum at 68°F and operation at temperatures from 15°F to 200°F.
Dixon Sanitary offers a wide selection of stainless steel butterfly valves for use in sanitary process systems. These valves are simple, rugged and above all, dependable. Dixon B5107 Butterfly Valves can be used either as a shutoff valve (on/off service) or as a throttling valve (for flow control). Pneumatic or electric actuators are available for automated control. The slim design, superior craftsmanship, choice materials, top quality strength and surface finish make the B5107 the preference of many industries with sanitary requirements. Various elastomers, end types and accessories make this a highly versatile valve. Typical uses would include isolation of equipment, fill/drain systems, bypass systems and other similar applications.

- Improved EPDM and silicone rubber seat compound with self-lubricating properties
- Reduced torque minimizing the potential for stem twist in high-cycle and viscous/tacky process applications
- Improved sealing and operational characteristics for low temperature applications
- New stronger stem design on sizes 1/2” to 2-1/2”
- Revised exterior valve body geometry for easier cleaning
- Redesigned single-piece mounting bracket and coupler for actuated variants
